If you didn’t receive a 6-digit text code, here’s what you can do:
If you don’t have any signal, you won’t receive a text from us. Make sure you have signal and wait for the text message.
If it’s been some time since you requested the code, you can request a new code on the same page.
If you have access to your account on another device, check that it’s correct and includes the correct country code.
If you normally log in using the app, try logging in on an internet browser (or vice versa). Make sure your Wifi or mobile data is stable as a poor connection may cause timeout issues.
