How can I close my account?

We’re really sorry to hear you want to close your account. To do so, you can log in and find the option to close your account in your settings. 

Log in and go to settings 

Please note that you cannot close your account if you have: 

• any remaining balance 

• active lottery auto-renewals or 

• open bets on your account. 

We suggest withdrawing your remaining balance, cancelling your auto-renewals and waiting for any bets to complete before continuing.
