I didn't receive a text code. What do I do?

If you didn’t receive a 6-digit text code, here’s what you can do: Check your mobile network signal If you don’t have any signal, you won’t receive a text from us. Make sure you have signal and wait for the text message. Request a new one If it’s been some time since you requested the code, you can request a new code on the same page. Check your mobile number is correct If you have access to your account on another device, check that it’s correct and includes the correct country code. If you normally log in using the app, try logging in on an internet browser (or vice versa). Make sure your Wifi or mobile data is stable as a poor connection may cause timeout issues.
