My deposit was declined; how do I resolve this?

There are a few reasons why your deposit didn't go through. This could be due to a mistake when entering your payment details, not completing all the steps of the payment journey, or using a payment method that isn't in your name.

Insufficient funds/over credit limit 

The deposit was declined by your bank, as there aren't enough funds in the associated account to complete this payment, or the payment would put you over your credit limit. Please check your bank account balance and try again or explore one of our other payment methods. 

Invalid card number 

The deposit was declined by your bank, due to an incorrectly entered or non-existing card number. Please ensure you have entered your 16-digit card number correctly and try again or explore one of our other payment methods. 

Expired card 

The deposit was declined by your bank due to the card entered being expired or no longer valid to use. Please check the card number entered to ensure you are using the correct card or explore one of our other payment methods. 

Exceeds withdrawal count limit 

The deposit was declined by your bank, due to exceeding your usage limit. Please contact your bank for more information and explore one of our other payment methods. 

Authentication requested 

Your bank required authentication before processing the transaction. Please follow the steps shown during depositing. You will require your phone or internet banking to authorise the transaction, depending on your bank.
